I am currently doing my PhD in Laser Physics at Stellenbosch University in collaboration with a research group at the University of Jena, Germany. My main research focuses on developping techniques for improving image resolution in the domain of fluorescence microscopy. I am also passionate in conducting outreach and developping didactic tools aiming to promote Physics, Chemistry and Optics for high schools. I believe that education plays an important role in the development of our country.
