Organization

The board of Ikala STEM, led by its founders, oversees the association’s policies and calendar of events with the advice and assistance from the permanent members. It is composed of Malagasy Women mainly based in the country.
In addition to the board, Ikala STEM currently has country coordinators, responsible for the overall guidance and management of the regional teams residing outside Madagascar. All coordinators also communicate regularly with the board on the ongoing projects and meetings organized in their respective countries.
