Dans le cadre de la célébration de la journée internationale des femmes et des filles de Science, l’association Ikala STEM organise un concours de dissertation, ouvert à tous les lycéens et étudiants universitaires basés à Madagascar. Le concours comptera trois groupes de participants, dont
Les lycéens, sur le thème "Devenir un scientifique: rêves et attentes"
Les étudiants S1 à S6, "Stimuler les femmes et filles STEM Malagasy: Défis et Opportunités"
Les étudiants M1, M2 et doctorants "Une femme ou fille scientifique Malagasy, est-ce un choix naturel?"
Dans l’optique d’avoir une évaluation transparente des dissertations, nous sollicitons des bénévoles pour composer le jury. Idéalement, 3 évaluateurs par catégorie seraient souhaitables, et les individus parlant couramment le Français et l’Anglais, peu importe sa nationalité seront privilégiés.
Si la promotion de la Science à Madagascar vous tient à cœur, vous pensez être un critique inspirant et vous maitrisez la langue Française et / ou Anglaise, vous pouvez postuler pour devenir membre du jury ici https://goo.gl/forms/FIfwzoag9aBj1und2. Un certificat de reconnaissance sera délivré au jury pour leur participation bénévole à la promotion de la Science à Madagascar.
To mark the celebration of the international day of the girls and women in Science, Ikala STEM is organizing an Essay Contest for high schools and University students based in Madagascar. The contest will have three groups of participants: high school, undergraduate and postgraduate students. The themes will focus on:
"Becoming a Scientist: dreams and expectations” for high schools
"Empowering Malagasy Women in STEM: Challenges & Opportunities” (Undergraduate)
"Malagasy Women in Science, is it a natural choice?" (Postgraduate)
In order to have a transparent review, Ikala STEM is looking for volunteers to grade the essays. Ideally, we will have three reviewers per category, with a preference to applicants of any nationality who are fluent in French and English.
