Building Science Skills Through Volunteering
Registration to the workshop organized by Ikala STEM is now open. Registration to the workshop is open from the 1st to the 16th of October, 2017. Participation to this workshop is FREE, and we target students who have completed at least one year university-level in STEM. A limited number of participants will be selected based on the quality of their application.
IAW'17 will consists of presentations by keynote speakers, group discussion and practical sessions and will be held in Malagasy and French. The workshop will focus on the benefits of volunteering for the young scientists, and equip the participants with essential tools including networking and the art of STEM communication.
IAW'17 will be held on November 11, 2017 at the Auditorium of the Institute and Observatory of Geophysics (IOGA), Antananarivo - Madagascar.

Renforcer les compétences scientifiques par le bais du volontariat
L'inscription à l'atelier est ouverte du 1er au 16 octobre 2017. La participation à cet atelier est GRATUITE et nous ciblons les étudiants qui ont terminé au moins une année universitaire dans en Science, Téchnologie, Ingéniorie et Mathématiques. Un nombre limité de participants seront sélectionnés en fonction de la qualité de leur demande.
L'IAW'17 se composera de présentations par des conférenciers principaux, des discussions de groupe et des séances pratiques. L'atelier se concentrera sur les avantages du bénévolat pour les jeunes scientifiques et équiper les participants d'outils essentiels, y compris le réseautage et l'art de la communication STEM.
IAW'17 aura lieu le 11 novembre 2017 à l'Auditorium de l'Institut et Observatoire de Géophysique (IOGA), Antananarivo - Madagascar.
